First Aid. 2 days (16 hours) | This is a practical first aid course fulfilling requirements for NGB awards. There is an emphasis on remote emergency
care and first aid when help can be delayed for several hours. This course is especially relevant for ML, SPA, IRATA, MIA
and MIC or anyone who spends time in the mountains recreationally. This course can be tailored for specific needs. An extra
day can be added if you require, allowing the course to focus more specirically on mountain or water environments in greater

| Duke of Edinburgh Expedition
